Caulking - Sika Non-Sag Polyurethane

At MI Concrete Lifting, we take caulking seriously. We use Sika Non-Sag Polyurethane installed exactly to Sika specifications. Every joint starts with proper prep. We diamond grind all points of contact to create a clean, fresh surface so the sealant bonds right. Where needed, we install backer rod or sand to prevent three-sided adhesion, which helps the joint move properly and last longer. We provide full-service driveway caulking, as well as pool decks and patios where appropriate. Done right, joint sealing helps keep water out, protects your base, and extends the life of your concrete. It's a small detail that makes a big difference.
